ANNUAL BANQUET – RESERVATION INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: Banquet seating is by reservation only!
All MCCNE members and their guests are welcome to attend. Casual dress.
In order to ensure your dinner reservations, you must pay online when registering or send a check or money order payable to: MCCNE, in an amount of $45.00 per person in your party.

Please include your Name, Address, Telephone Number and E-mail Address with your check or money order. We will confirm receipt of reservation requests by E-mail or by phone, when requested. NOTE: We do not send out any tickets. We just keep a list and check you in at the door when you arrive.
Checks should be received no later than February 18th when a final count must be given to Twelve Acres. After that we may not be able to honor your request!
